Box Top Competition! 

Our Box Top competition started today and goes through October 27th. Help the 2nd Grade class win a pizza party on Halloween! The sheets will go home tomorrow. All you have to do is tape or glue the box tops onto the sheets.!

                                                 

Picture Day Reminder

7-UP Sentences

The class has been working on 7-UP sentences the last couple of weeks. Our goal was to have everyone in the class write a sentence that began with a capital letter, had 7 words (on up), and an ending mark. Today, we enjoyed a nice cool glass of Cherry 7-UP to celebrate accomplishing this goal!

States of Matter!

 The class enjoyed some root beer floats on a hot day! We're learning about states of matter right now in second grade. The ice cream was the solid, root beer the liquid, and the fizz was the gas.🍦

Our class sponsor this year is Easter's True Value. Mr. Anderson came to visit and brought some goodies for the kiddos to enjoy!
